THE UNIVERSITY OF CERAMIC TILE AND STONE, San Diego, announces its newest online course, “The Complete Guide on Developing Tile and Stone Specifications with Architects.”
The course provides the student with thorough and detailed information on how architectural sales representatives can get their tile and stone products specified so they are bulletproof to value engineering and substitutions.
The course covers: selection process and considerations; types of architectural specifications; architectural specification structure; getting products specified; tracking and protecting the specification and; communication skills and strategies.
Students will also be provided with a tile and stone MasterFormat Specification template.
The course takes an average of seven hours to complete and is available online 24/7. Cost is $300 per student with discounted tuitions for CTDA, NTCA, TTMAC and Fuse Alliance members. The U of CTS is the training division of Ceramic Tile and Stone Consultants.
