TOKU AMERICA, INC., Willoughby, Ohio, introduces its line of advanced strikers as a replacement for drill-and-blast quarry extractions.
The STRIKER TNB line offers a range of options that allow quarry operations to choose the right breaker designed for their material size, hardness and other jobsite conditions. All are designed to work with Cat, John Deere and Komatsu excavators.
Five different models range in size from an operating weight of 4,000-10,050 lbs., with a tool diameter from 5.3” – 7”, and a compressive strength of 15-65 ksi. They boast a simple and efficient design with only two moving parts, requiring no maintenance.
Three different tools tips are available with the strikers: Blunt, Chisel and Moil, and an optional extreme wear package includes an auto lube option and positive-pressure air check valve to keep dust and dirt out of the tool area.
In addition, Toku has an engineering team available to provide guidance and technical support to help customers choose which option is best for their needs.
