TOKU AMERICA, INC., Willoughby, Ohio, expands its Advanced Striker FPV Fixed Hydraulic Pulverizer with a new secondary attachment for demolition.

Designed and engineered to safely and efficiently break down and remove structures, buildings or materials while preparing a site for construction, this secondary attachment is designed to reduce and fragment demolished materials, making disposal and recycling easier.

The housing is manufactured from high-strength wear-resistant HARDOX steel, while the reversed hydraulic cylinder is engineered to provide optimal crush force while protecting the rod. The pressure relief valve (PRV) is designed to protect the pulverizer from high hydraulic pressure spikes.

The teeth have a patented cutting profile to increase penetration and crushing of the material, while reversible blades significantly increase their useful life. The FPV series is also designed with a “Bold-On” wear plate for fast, easy maintenance while increasing the lifespan of the attachment.

Toku also has an engineering team available to provide guidance and technical support in choosing the system specific to customers’ needs.
