ALPHA PROFESSIONAL TOOLS®, Oakland, N.J., introduces the VDP-700, a lightweight (6.4 lbs) hand-held electric polisher designed for comfortable and control. The unit can handle backing plates up to 7” and polishing discs up to 9”.
Superior handling is available with one of two handle designs that come with the unit (C-Handle & Side Handle), along with a 25’, 14 AWG power cord for ease of operator movement and less need for power-robbing extension cords.
The VDP-700 offers a variable-speed range from (no-load) 700 rpm to 3,500 rpm with a 1250w-rated motor. The heavy-duty precision-gear system includes soft start and a built-in speed stabilizer for constant speed output.
Alpha also offers variety of accessories for this polisher such as a rotary back pads, diamond-face foam pads, wool pads, microfiber pads and other abrasive products.
