ALPHA PROFESSIONAL TOOLS®, Oakland, N.J., introduces the PSC-150 Miter Cutting Kit, a single system that allows for both straight and mitered cuts through 1 ¼” material for projects such as laminated waterfall edges and book-matching.
The Alpha Miter Cutting Kit includes: 2 PSC-150 Stone Cutters, 2 6” Carriage Assemblies, 1 Guide Rail Set (4’, 7’ and 12’), and Surface Protection Tape.
The 6” Guide Rail Carriage Assembly (ASC-6CSM) is designed for the PSC-150 Wet Stone Cutter for straight cuts, as well as miter cuts. The carriage has three templates that assist with the install of the stone cutter for left- or right-side miter and straight cutting. Each template has indicators, and the alignments for each template are indicated on the carriage to make assembly quick and easy.
