WEHA USA, Charlotte, N.C., introduces Weha Weramic CNC Porcelain Ceramic Core Bits designed specifically for Dekton, Lapitec, Neolith and other large-format porcelain panels.
These bits work on all CNC machines and have been built to core perfectly smooth, chip-free holes on all thickness materials from 0.6cm to 3cm.
With only a 2mm rim, these thin-wall bits measure 3 7/8” (100mm) with a drilling depth of 1 7/8”. They feature a ½ Gas male CNC thread and provide a feed rate of 3”-4” per minute at a recommend rate between 750 and 2800 rpm. They’re available in sizes of 1”, 1 ¼”, 1 3/8”, 1 ½” 2”, 2 ½” and 3”.
