GILASI, Chicago, and CARAGREEN, Raleigh, North Carolina, have unveiled the new Resort Collection by Gilasi.
Manufactured by Gilasi and offered by CaraGreen, these recycled glass countertops draw from coastal inspiration and environmental stewardship. Made in the USA, this terrazzo style palette is composed of varying glass sizes from small granular pieces to larger, chunky geometric styles.
The colors incorporate the mixed glass sizes with touches of real seashells. Colors with medium aggregate include Aqua, a cool blue; Guscio, bright green with shells, and; Caramello, brown interspersed with shells. Smaller aggregate colors include Fiori, Fresco, Carbonello, Azzurro and Miele offer bright specks of color such as blue, honey and rainbow confetti set against a contrasting white base.
Gilasi crafts these products from a blend of recycled glass and aerospace-grade epoxy for durability. Gilasi features a range of sizes and thicknesses catering to diverse product requirements from kitchen countertops to large corporate installations.
