XTONE, Villarreal, Spain, which specializes in large-format natural stone and porcelain, unveils five new decorative techniques that are incorporated into new porcelain colors.

The new techniques are:

 *Eclipses — smart surface decoration: Decorative selection with different particles;

 *Lumen — selective texture effect: Decorative reliefs in selected areas of the design;

 *Comet — gems decoration: Bright particles of different intensity on the surface of the model;

 *Orion — smart body decoration: Pressed and painted in different layers to achieve natural finishes throughout the body of the piece, and;

 *Core — full body design: pressing of the porcelain together with decorative particles to achieve a full body.

Xtone’s new porcelain colors are:

 *Amazonite, inspired by the precious stone known to Egyptians as the stone of hope; a turquoise hue bathed in brown tones and grayish incursions, it’s available as a polished finish. The collection uses the Comet and Core technologies.

 *Breccia Imperiale, a dark-tone design expressing the solemnity and sobriety of quartzite, it contains the Eclipse and Core technologies.

 *Navona, erosion caused by waterfalls and hot springs is the inspiration for this cream-toned design that simulated limestone. Available in a silk finish, with Core and Lumen technologies.

 *Port Laurent has its origin in copper-black marble from quarries in Morocco. The polished finish features the Comet technology, while the nature finish features the Lumen technology.

 *Solo Black offers a sophisticated intense black in a polished finish.

 *Statuario is a Carrara marble with an intense white base and bold grey veins. The design is available in two finishes: nature and polished, both with Orion technology.

 *Tadelakt is available in Grey, Sand, Smoke, and with a texture finish, the Collection. Inspired by the waterproof lime coating technique from Marrakech, Eclipse technology adds to the depth of the design.
