QUARTZFORMS, Magdeburg, Germany., introduces the Ecotone™ collection of low-silica-content engineered stone.
The slab-production technology uses recycled glass to bring silica content to less than 5%, and includes a binding resin derived from a biocompound. The manufacturing process also utilizes 80% recycled water and 60% wind-driven power.
The collection is available in four colors: Poseidon, a light-gray with slight veining; Lasa, a medium-gray with hints of light-brown contrast veining; Mahal, with the look of quartzite; and Crono, with a dark background and wisps of lighter veining.
