NEW RAVENNA, Exmore, Va., introduces the J. Banks Collection by Joni Vanderslice, principal and owner of J. Banks Design.
J. Banks is a residential and hospitality design firm, with a global portfolio of projects that reflect the company’s design philosophy: home as resort and resort as home. The new collection incorporates 15 different patterns with three themes in mind: waves, trellises and palms.
Vanderslice, who loves to play with color and scale, utilizes soft, neutral hues that evoke the inviting relaxation of a low-country retreat.
The designer rescaled some of the patterns to cover options for kitchen backsplashes and powder room floors, as well as large-scale versions for foyer floors or master baths.
Says Vanderslice, “…design is in the details, especially when the details are made by hand and are absolutely unique.”
Since each New Ravenna mosaic is made-to-order, any of the J. Banks Collection can be customized with the client’s material preferences to fit a project’s scope. The collection is on display at New Ravenna showrooms in the United States, Canada, Europe, Russia and Dubai.
