NEW RAVENNA, Exmore, Va., has unveiled Addamscore, a collection of Gothic black mosaics in anticipation of “Wednesday,” a new series from Tim Burton based on the Addams Family characters.
The handcrafted black mosaics feature Nero Marquina and Orpheus Black that are polished, tumbled and honed, with each finish providing a different shade of black. Glazed Basalto™ has the added texture of natural geodes, giving Essex the look of shiny doubloons, while Coliseum has a three-dimensional quality. Byron includes brushed brash thorns, while Eze reveals the sinewy lines of a vulture’s talon in aluminum, and Phase to Phase is a spooky, moonlit mosaic.
The mosaics can be installed on walls and floors and are available at New Ravenna showrooms throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.
