BIESSE NORTH AMERICA, Charlotte, N.C., unveils its new Intermac Smart 625 CNC bridge saw for cutting and shaping marble, granite, synthetic stone, and ceramic material.
Flexible in design, it can complete a wide range of machining operations, from longitudinal cuts to transversal, and oblique ones, including orthogonal, circular, and elliptical cuts to ensure the maximum cutting quality and precision at all times.
The bridge saw is equipped with a suction cup manipulator for the automation of the cutting cycle. Accessories include a tilting table, a sheet thickness tracer, a pre-setter unit for the disc and tool positioned directly inside the machine, a positioning laser, and a cutting line laser.
The built-in console allows the Smart 625 to be operated from a convenient, safe position using a dedicated hand-held terminal with remote commands and an emergency button. It can be equipped with various optional software packages. And the monobloc structure will guarantee reliability, robustness and a long working life.
